Me appears in the sidebar, with your first name beside it, when your role is Service Performer. Owners, admins and Service Supporters do not see it, and work from Mission Control instead. Me opens on your own bookings rather than the whole business, so you are not scrolling past other people's pets to find yours.
Choose whose day you are looking at
Change the filter when you cover for a colleague or want to see the whole business. The name at the top of the page is the filter.
- Open Me.
- Select your name at the top of the page.
- Choose My Bookings for your own list, All Bookings for the whole business, or a team member by name.
- Optional: under Resources, tick a room, a pen, a van or a table to add its bookings to yours.
Each entry carries a count, so you can see how busy someone is before you switch. On a narrow screen, the filter is the centre button on the bottom bar, labelled Me, Me + and the number of resources you ticked, or Team.
Check
My Bookings only appears when the email you sign in with matches Email Address on your team member profile. Without a match, Me opens on All Bookings.
Move to another day
Step through the days to look ahead at tomorrow or back at a day you worked.
- Open Me.
- Choose Day for a single day or Week for the whole week. On a phone they read D and W.
- Select the arrows to step back or forward a day, or a week in Week.
- To jump to a date, select the date and choose one. On a phone the date is hidden, so use the arrows.
Total Pets, First Check In and Last Check Out sum up the day or week you are looking at.
Switch between the four views
Each view shows the same appointments arranged for a different job. Me remembers the view, the grouping, the sort and the resources you ticked in this browser.
- Open Me.
- Select a view: Run Sheet, Pets, Roster or Spotlight. The view you are in shows its name.
On a narrow screen, the first button on the bottom bar is named after the view you are in. Select it to move to the next view.
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Run Sheet | The working view. Each card carries the pet, the service and the times, up to three answers from the owner's forms under Form responses with a button that opens the rest, and the notes in their categories: Internal Notes, Customer Notes and Pet Owner Instructions. Manage on the card offers the actions that fit the booking's status, such as Check In, Check Out, Notify Ready and Quick Charge |
| Pets | One card per booking, grouped by start time. Use it at the start of a shift to see the shape of the day |
| Roster | A row per team member and per resource, with the pets on each session as named faces, and a None row for anything unassigned. Drag a pet onto another row to reassign it |
| Spotlight | The day grouped by what needs attention, in lanes such as Late to Arrive, No Card on File and Report Cards to Send. Empty lanes are hidden, so what you see is what is outstanding. When nothing is, it reads Nothing in Spotlight for this day |
Narrow the list
Search, filter, group or sort the list when you want one pet, one status or one room out of a busy day.
- Open Me.
- To find a pet or an owner, type their name in the search box.
- To narrow the list, select Filters and choose under Status, Payment Method, Team Member, Resource, Time Range, Pet Suburb, Pet Breeds and more.
- To group the list, select Group by and choose a grouping.
- To sort it, select Sort and choose Arrival Time, Pet Name or Service Name.
Cancelled and no-show bookings are hidden unless you switch them on under Status. Group by is on Run Sheet, Pets and Roster, and Roster takes one grouping at a time: Start time, Team Members & Resources, Team Member or Resource.
On a narrow screen, Search, Filters and Group & Sort sit on the bottom bar, and a dot on an icon tells you a filter is still applied.
Me or Mission Control
Me and Mission Control show the same appointments. Me starts on you and your day, in four views. Mission Control starts on the whole business, has the same four views among its others, and adds the cross-business queues, such as pending bookings and unsigned terms.
If your job is the pets in front of you, work from Me. If your job is the business, work from Mission Control.
