Print the run sheet with full notes

The branded run sheet PDF carries every note block in full. The CSV export carries none, which is usually what has happened when notes come out missing.

The run sheet PDF from Mission Control carries every note on every booking in full, so it is the one to print when the notes matter.

  1. Open Mission Control and choose the Run Sheet view, where every note on a booking is already open under its card, untrimmed.
  2. If the header shows Compress rather than Actions, select Compress.
  3. Select Actions, then Print Day Run Sheet.
  4. Under Layout, select One card per page or Compressed. Both print the notes in full.
  5. Under Cover page, select Include cover or No cover.
  6. Select Print. The PDF downloads with Internal Notes, Customer Notes, Pet Owner Instructions, the Grooming block and each pet's quick notes, printed as Business Notes, all in full.
Trap

The CSV option under Download View As on the calendar is a different export and carries no notes at all, and the Run Sheet PDF beside it is built from the calendar rows, which leave the notes out too.
