Find a pet that has disappeared from search

Every list defaults to active records. An archived pet is one radio button away.

The customer list shows active pets until you ask for the archived ones as well.

  1. Open Customers & Pets and select Filter.
  2. Under Show Archived Pets, change Active Only to All.

The dog comes back with an Archived badge, and its owner, history and balances came with it. Nothing was deleted. Search also matches a phone number, which is usually quicker than a name you only half caught.

Tip

A search that finds nothing offers Include archived under the empty result, which switches the same filter to All in one click.
