Change your password, or set up a front desk login

Passwords change by emailed reset, never in a Petboost field. Do not share one login for the counter.

A password changes by an emailed reset, and a front desk login is a login of its own, both started from a profile on Team Members.

  1. Open Team Members and select Manage on the profile, your own included.
  2. If the login badge reads Login Active, select Send Password Reset. The new password is set on the login page the email links to, because Petboost has no field for an old password and a new one.
  3. If it reads No Login, select Create Login, check the email and phone number, then select Create Login & Send Invite. The person gets an email to set their own password.
Tip

Do not hand the counter one shared password: each person who runs the day gets their own login and their own password. On a shared iPad, select your name in the header, then Switch user, and choose the next person, who signs in as themselves with their own password.
