Read the call log and call back

Calls under Messages & Calls lists every call in and out of your Petboost number, newest first, with missed calls in red. One tap from a missed call to ringing them back.

The log works like the recents list on a mobile, for the business number instead of yours.

  1. Open Messages & Calls and select Calls at the top.
  2. Select Missed to see only missed calls and voicemails, or All for everything.
  3. Select a call to see every call with that person and play their voicemails.
  4. Select Call to ring them back, or Message to text them.

When you call, Petboost rings your phone first. Answer, listen for the client's name, and press 1 to go ahead; hang up and the client is never called. The call shows in the log when it ends.

Keypad calls anyone else: search a client by name or type a number, then select the green call button. Only numbers in your own country can be called.

Check

Calls only shows once Call Catcher is active and switched on. Until then the page offers Turn on Call Catcher to make calls with Open call settings, and the card above is where it starts.
