Two dogs that went for each other in the yard are a pair of foes on Pet Attributes & Rules. Set them to Keep apart and Petboost stops them sharing a room or a team member at the same time from then on.
- Open Pet Attributes & Rules and select the Friends & Foes tab.
- Select Add Pair, then choose the First pet and the Second pet.
- Choose Foes, and under When booked together choose Keep apart.
- Add a Note for staff, such as what happened and when, then select Add Pair.
The pair shows on both dogs' Settings & Overrides tab, and the first one booked always keeps its place. When your team books the second into the same room or with the same groomer at an overlapping time, saving asks Keep these pets apart? and Book anyway is there for the day you know better. Online, the owner is simply never offered a time or room that would put the two together. Two foes in different rooms with different team members at the same time is fine.

A link added after both dogs were already booked does not move either booking. Keep apart on Attention Required in Mission Control counts the clashes on the day, so read it the morning after you add a pair.
