Hide done rounds on the calendar

Show rounds puts each round and its forms on the calendar beside the bookings. Hide done rounds, on from the start, keeps only the work still to do in view.

The calendar can carry the day's rounds as well as its bookings, so whoever is on the desk sees that breakfast is still to do in Room 4 without opening another page.

  1. Open Appointments and select Group By in the toolbar.
  2. Switch on Show rounds.
  3. On Day or Week, under Where rounds sit, choose On the person or room or Their own columns.
  4. Leave Hide done rounds on.

On the person or room puts each item at its time in its team member's or room's column, and a booking already in that column shows its own items on its card. Anything with no team member or room on screen does not show, so on a calendar that is not grouped by team member or room, choose Their own columns: each round gets a column of its own after the team and rooms, with how many are done in its header. Nothing can be booked in a round column.

Hide done rounds leaves out what is done or skipped. Select a chip to fill the form or tick the task there; four or more at the same time and place share one chip. Rounds never take a slot and cannot be dragged.

Check

Show rounds only appears once your business has rounds, set in Settings, Rounds, or the days on screen have tasks. It is off until you switch it on, and each browser remembers its own choice.
