Find your past chats with the team

Every conversation you have had with a person on the Petboost team is listed in the Grazi AI panel, on the other side of your own Grazi threads.

Select Get Help to open the Grazi AI panel. On a phone, tap the Grazi picture in the header.
Open the chat history control in the panel header.
Under Past Chat Threads:, switch from Grazi to Petboost team.
Select a conversation to reopen it in the messenger.

The team list is grouped from today back, and a reply on a thread that is still open reaches us. There is no new chat button on this side on purpose: Start a new chat with the team hands you to Grazi first, so the team arrives holding the detail. Your own Grazi threads stay on the other side of the same control.
