The export page hands your bookkeeper CSV files, while the figures you lodge come from your accounting platform.
- Open Export Your Data.
- On each card your bookkeeper asks for, select Download CSV.
- If a card reads Prepare Export, select it, wait for the file, then select Download CSV.
From Billing, the page opens from Cancel under Thinking of leaving? while you have a subscription, and that button cancels nothing on its own. Searching Export Your Data in the command palette opens it too. Petboost is not an accounting system, and it says so on its own transaction summary: treat that summary as a reference point, not as the number you lodge. The way the money actually reaches Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks is a Stripe bank feed, which carries the settlements with their tax treatment and reconciles without anybody typing. Package Credit Balances is the export to keep a copy of either way, because it is money you owe clients rather than money you have earned. Fee estimates in Petboost can differ from the Stripe settlement, so let the feed be the truth and use the exports for the detail behind it.
Tip
Set Up Stripe Bank Feeds sits on the Accounting Integration card, under Advanced options on Pricing & Payments.
