- Check the sort reads Recoverable value, and choose it from the sort menu if it does not.
- Open a card under At Risk or Potentially Lost for its details.
Abandoned is someone who started a booking and stopped. At Risk and Potentially Lost are regulars whose gap has stretched past their own pattern. Counts are households, not pets.
Tip
Sort by Recoverable value rather than last visit. The longest-gone client is rarely the one worth ringing first.
