See who has not accepted your terms

Smart Export counts the clients who have not accepted your terms, and writes a file that proves the answer client by client.

1. Open Customers & Pets, open the gear menu and select Smart Export.
2. Under What do you want to export?, choose Customers, then select Next.
3. Under Quick Segments, select Business T&C Not Agreed, then select Next.
4. Leave Business T&C Agreed switched on under Columns to include, then select Download CSV, which counts the rows.

The count beside Business T&C Not Agreed is how many clients have not accepted the document you have uploaded. The Business T&C Agreed column carries Yes, No or Unknown for every row, which is the file an insurer will take. Unknown usually means there is no recent appointment to read the answer from, and it is counted in that segment alongside No, so treat it as the clients you cannot yet prove agreed rather than the ones who refused.
