See a booking the way the owner sees it

Preview as Pet Owner opens the owner's real appointment page for one booking, read-only, and can text them their card.

When an owner says the booking looks wrong, Preview as Pet Owner shows you the page they are looking at.

  1. Open the booking from Appointments.
  2. Select Manage, then Preview as Pet Owner.
  3. Read the page under the blue banner, which names what that owner sees when they log into Petboost.
  4. Optional: to send it to them, select the Text button that carries their first name. It texts the quick-login link to this booking.

It is the real appointment page from the pet owner app, read-only, so nothing you press inside it changes the booking or sends anything. Only the text button sends a message.

Check

The option appears only on a booking with an owner account. To walk a whole booking from the owner's side instead of looking at one that exists, use Simulate on the pet's profile.
