Find your course graduates

Graduates lists every pet that has finished a course, so the next level is offered to the dogs who are ready for it, not to the whole client list.

The puppies who finished last term are the easiest enrolments you will get this term, if you can find them.

  1. Open Courses and select List.
  2. Choose Graduates.
  3. Search by pet, owner or course, or open Filters and narrow by Animal type, Breed or Card on file.
  4. Sort by Graduated to see the most recent first.

A pet appears once its fixed course has finished, or once it has attended every lesson in a rolling class. A pet that finished two courses appears once for each, so the list doubles as a record of who has done what. With nobody finished yet, it reads No graduates yet.

Tip

Publish the next level before the current term's last week, then work down this list. A dog who graduates with nothing to move into is an enrolment you lose by default.
