Export your customer list to CSV

Export Your Data, under Billing. Ten CSVs that open in any spreadsheet, active subscription or not.

Export Your Data writes your book out as CSV files, and it works with or without an active subscription.

  1. Open Export Your Data.
  2. On Pet Owners, select Prepare Export.
  3. Once the file is ready, select Download CSV.

There are ten files: pets, owners, services, team, resources, packages, credit balances and three cuts of appointments. Pets, Package Credit Balances and the appointment files go through the same Prepare Export step, while Services, Team Members, Resources and Packages download straight from Download CSV on the card. Package Credit Balances is the one to keep a copy of whatever you are doing, because it is money you owe clients. The exports keep working after a subscription lapses.

Tip

With an active subscription, Billing reaches this page through Cancel, under Thinking of leaving?, and that button opens the export page without cancelling anything. After a subscription lapses, Export Your Data sits in the sidebar as well.
