Read a client's wallet and credit balance

The Wallet tab holds money that moved. Credits they are owed sit on the Packages sub-tab beside it.

The Wallet tab holds every movement of money against a household. Credits they are owed sit on Packages, beside it.

  1. Open Customers & Pets and select Manage on the client's pet.
  2. Open the Wallet tab. If it shows sub-tabs, choose Wallet Activity.
  3. Read Payment & Card Activity.

Every movement of money against that household lands here, alongside the day they added a card. A payment with no refund under it is money the business kept, which is how you settle an argument about a charge without opening a single booking. Credits are not money and are not in this list: package balances live on the Packages sub-tab beside it, and that is the number to check before you sell them another block.

Tip

The tab reads Wallet & Packages once you sell packages, Wallet & Memberships once you sell memberships, and Wallet, Packages & Memberships when you sell both.
